Trial Version Vs Full Version

VideoSolo BD-DVD Ripper is available of both the free trial version and paid full version. Both of the two versions can be downloaded and installed directly. However, the free trial version differs from the paid full version. Limitation of the free trial version has several limitation as below:

• For the more than 5 minute files, you could only convert 5 minutes of it.

• For the less than 5 minutes file, you could only convert half of it.

• You couldn't enable Intel App Acceleration.

Register BD-DVD Ripper

Introduction: The process of ripping DVD disc is the same as ripping Blu-ray movie. So, here we will take Blu-ray disc as example to show you how to rip BD/DVD disc to usual video format with VideoSolo BD-DVD Ripper.

Step 1.

Load Disc

After installing and launching the BD-DVD Ripper on your computer, insert a Blu-ray disc into your computer's DVD-ROM or connect your computer to external hard drive before inserting disc, and then click the "Load Disc > Load BD Disc" button to upload files including Blu-ray movies and ISO. If you want to rip a whole folder, just select "Load BD Folder" to import the folder.

Note: No matter the DVD ISO file or Blu-ray ISO file, you need to use the virtual drive to mount it. Thus, VideoSolo Blu-ray and DVD Ripper can identify and import them.

Choose Output Format

There are two ways to choose an output format. First, in the "Profile" section, you can click it and choose the format you need from the drop-down list. All common video/audio formats like MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, MKV, FLV, MP3, AAC, M4A, etc. can meet your needs. Second, you can click "Setting" button to select the output format. From the pop-up windows, you can also change parameters like video resolution, bitrate, frame rate as well as audio bitrate, sample rate, etc.

Select Destination Folder

Click "Browse" next to the "Convert" button and select a folder to save the ripped files.

Ripping & Converting Blu-ray/DVD

Simply click the "Convert" button to start ripping Blu-ray/DVD movie. Once the conversion finished, click "Open Folder" to find the converted files and enjoy.

Clip Video

Choose a video that you want edit, then click "Clip" to enter the "Clip" interface. You can get different segment of the video by setting the starting time and ending time of each clip.

Edit Video

Click "Edit" button from the main interface. Here, you can crop, rotate (including rotate 90 clockwise, rotate 90 counterclockwise, horizontal flip and vertical flip), add 3D and watermark to the Blu-ray video, or adjust other effects like brightness, contrast, saturation and hue of the video by clicking "Effect".
