Step 1.
Download and Install this Program
From the download button above, get the installation package and install this Free Video to GIF Converter on your computer. Then, launch it.
Step 2.
Add Video Files
Before you get started, make sure the video is short and concise. Now click "Add File" button in the toolbar to import the video files you want to make GIF from. Multiple files can be selected individually, or you can select a whole folder with video files for batch conversion.
Step 3.
Merge the Video Files (Optional)
You can preview the video on the right panel where you can also take a snapshot of the playing frame. It is possible to merge multiple video clips into one GIF. Just select some video files and click "Merge" button at the bottom of the list.
Step 4.
Edit the Video Files (Optional)
Click on the "Edit" button to open editing window. Here you can add watermark, crop video and make color/brightness changes. Playing around with the saturation, brightness and contrast can help liven up dull videos. Watermarks can be added as text or an image from your computer. Step 5.
Customize the GIF Duration

Change Profile Settings (Optional)
If necessary, you can click on "Setting" icon to customize GIF settings including Frame Rate, Aspect Ratio, Resolution, etc. The destination folder is also changeable by clicking the "Browse" icon. If not, the output GIF files will be saved in the default folder.
Step 7.
Convert Videos to GIF Format
After all the settings are finished, click the "Convert" button to start conversion. Within a few minutes, you can create a GIF from the usual video files.
