Q1.

When will I receive the registration code after purchasing a product?

A1.

When the purchase is done, you will receive an email from the payment platform within 30 minutes. In that email, you will find the detailed order information and your registration code.

Q2.

I didn’t receive the registration code after purchasing. What should I do?

A2.

If you don’t receive the email which includes the registration code from the payment platform, check your spam folder: it may be there. If it’s not, make sure you don’t fill in the wrong email address. Then, contact our support team with your order number attached.

Q3.

I filled in the wrong email address. Can I modify it into the right one?

A3.

When you purchase the product, you need to provide a billing email address and a delivery email address. The two email address can be the same one.
The billing address will bind with your order information as well as the registration code, which caused the billing email address can’t be changed. The wrong email address doesn’t have other impact, only except that you need to fill in the wrong email address to register the program.
The delivery address can be modified so that you can receive the order information. But note that even though the billing email and delivery email are the same, the billing email will not be changed when the delivery email is modified.

Q4.

I purchase the wrong product accidentally. Can I exchange it for the right one?

A4.

Yes, you can. First, you need to uninstall the wrong product and send us an email with your complete order information and the right product you are intended to buy. Then we'll exchange the right one for you. If the correct one is cheaper than the wrong one, we'll not refund the price difference. But if the correct one is more expensive, then you need to pay the difference in price.

What kinds of payment can I use?

There are several payment options for you to choose such as credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, wire transfer, check, direct debit, money orders, and online wire transfers via iDEAL, giropay, and IPS.

Is it secure to purchase from your website?

Yes. All data sent from your browser to your servers is encrypted. And all transitions are made using an SSL connection so that your information provided for the order is safe and protected.

Do you provide invoice?

A3.

We do provide an electronic invoice for each purchase. Once the order has been processed successfully, the payment platform will send the electronic invoice to you via mail. If the invoice is not received, it might be in the spam folder or got blocked by the email server. You can contact customer support for further assistance.

What to do if the registration code is invalid when I register the program?

A1.

First confirm that the product you are trying to register is the one you've purchased.
Make sure that you've entered every letter of your registration code correctly, and no space is allowed. Don't leave any space before registration code and email address in registration box.
Don't mix up the product version. There're Windows and Mac versions separately which is totally different.

Q2.

Can I use the program on another computer if I purchase single license?

A2.

No. One license code is for one computer only. If you want to get additional licenses for more than one computer, then contact us. We'll offer you a multi-license discount.

Q3.

What can I do if the license code is lost or forgotten?

A3.

If you forgot or lost your registration code, don't worry, just go to the license retrieval page to get back your license code.

Q4.

Can I transfer my registration code to another computer?

A4.

If you want to transfer your registration code to another computer, we can reset the registration code for you and then you can register the program on another computer again. Please send your order number and billing email address to the support team.
This process will only work with computers using the same operating system (either two Windows PCs or two Macs). If you want to use the same program on a computer with a different operating system, you’ll need to purchase a second registration key for the other OS.

Q5.

The program shows error code 4104:"The registration code has been used early". How to fix it?

A5.

Usually, there will be an Error 4104 shown:
1. If you change or reinstall your computer.
2. If you use one license on more than one computer.
3. When you upgrade the program.
4. When you launch the program after a long period without using the program.

When you meet the error code 4104, you can contact the support team to reset the license code. Please remember to provide your order number and billing email address.

How can I upgrade the software to the latest version?

A1.

You can go to the official website to download the latest version of the software. Or you can subscribe to our newsletter and you will receive the upgrades, activates or discount info via email.

Q2.

I cannot download program from your website. How to fix it?

A2.
  • Make sure that your internet connection is working properly.
  • Try to download the software with a different browser.
  • Make sure that you have not blocked pop-up windows from your browser. Or remove this website link out of your pop-up blocker exception list.
  • Disable your security software temporarily until you've completed downloading.
  • It could be something wrong with our server. Contact us via email.
